What should I do if there is a dispute with the other party during the transaction?

If there is a problem with the transaction, you can contact the other party in the chat box on the order details page.

If the communication with the other party fails, you can click the Appeal button, fill in the appeal information as prompted to make an appeal. Utomarket support will intervene in the chat.
