2 . The seller has actually received the payment but claimed that he did not receive it, and made an appeal to ask for the unfreezing of the corresponding assets.
Consequences of a malicious appeal:
1 . If you make a malicious complaintappeal, the platform’s official customer service Utomarket’s support will determine your loss based on facts and rules.
2 . The lost case will be credited to your credit information and displayed on your public information.
3 . If the malicious appeal is serious, your account will be frozen.
